The codes for these “Launch Edition” extras will be included in the physical copy or added to your PlayStation 4 account upon digital purchase.
You may be able to find the Launch Edition in stores on November 9 without placing a preorder, but your best bet is to do so.

A Standard Edition of God of War: Ragnarok is Now Available for Preorder
