With only a few weeks left till release, 2K Games has unveiled Roman Reigns’ final rating in WWE 2K23.
WWE 2K shared the score on their social media for all the WWE fans and watchers to see.
Reigns’ rating was generally accepted by WWE fans as fitting for the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
The WWE 2K series has had its ups and downs, notably the critically criticized WWE 2K20, ever since Visual Concepts took over production from Yuke’s.
The marketing campaign for WWE 2K23 is in full force because 2K Games and Visual Concepts see it as an opportunity to elevate the franchise moving forward.
Developers have begun teasing individual ratings for wrestlers in the game; for example, WWE icons like Hulk Hogan receive an astounding 94 overall rating in WWE 2K23.
A larger number of people preferred The Big Dog than The Hulkster, though.
As of this writing, Roman Reigns’ total rating in WWE 2K23 is 99, as reported on the WWE Games Twitter page.
Others on Twitter didn’t seem surprised by the ranking, considering Reigns has held the WWE Universal Championship for nearly 10 months straight.
Wrestling fans have had mixed feelings about his on-stage demeanor for decades.
To yet, Reigns has the highest overall rating among the wrestlers unveiled, although his lead is only three points.
Becky Lynch has the best overall rating for a woman wrestler (96).
At her rating announcement, Lynch was informed that only male wrestlers Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar had greater total ratings than her.
It is unclear how Lesnar’s rating in WWE 2K23 will stack up against Reigns’ at this moment because neither player’s rating has been made public.
WrestleMania 39 is WWE’s next big in-ring event, and it’s happening on April 1 and 2.
SoFi Stadium, where the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers play in the National Football League, will serve as the venue for the concert.
WWE fans have a lot to look forward to in the next several weeks between WWE 2K23 and WrestleMania.
